The role of the Treasurer of CEGSA is to...
- Prepare a CEGSA budget for the year based on previous financials and any additional planned activities. This is to be presented at the AGM.
- Overview the CEGSA monthly reports as prepared at the CEGSA office and present to committee meetings.
- Overview reports for audit.
- Liaise with auditor / taxation office as appropriate.
- Prepare a conference budget for the state conference
- Manage CEGSA funds through proper investment as appropriate.
