Larry Lessig is one of the foremost legal authorities on the Internet. Here he is giving one of the famous TED talks about the urgent need for copyright laws to be changed to adapt to the reality of media today. It is 19 min, and is an excellent example of how a talk, with images can be presented.

EPIC 2014 was made in 2004 and describes what happens to news media up to 2014 in rather grim but thought provoking terms. It has had a huge audience and has been updated as EPIC 2015. Apart from a gripping story, it uses excellent graphics to perfectly complement the audio. 8 min JT

This page may end up needing to be transformed into a menu.  The current content is mainly related to copyright for example.  ICT issues or implications for our society can be categorised in sub sections like copyright, security, privacy, careers and employment.
