Abstract: When it comes to copyright - the old rules are hard to apply to the new easily available creative tools that have created a hunger for images and music.
Many educators unwittingly break copyright law and/or allow their students to do so. In an age where digital portfolios are coming of age - students need to produce work that can be seen outside the classroom.
This session deals with some common myths about current copyright and provides an overview of Creative Commons licensing. Plus, you'll find out where to find free (or cheap) and easy to use resources.
