Christian and myself both work at Thebarton Senior College. We were introduced to the Promethean IWB last year. Our school is one of the leaders in this area and we have been developing flipcharts and running professional development sessions with interested school staff.
Our session looks at how we at Thebarton Senior College have been using the IWB resources available within the teaching context of Science. The session will look at how to download flipcharts from Promethean Planet website, combining learning objects and moodle sites into a flip chart and examples of ‘built from scratch’ flip charts.
The session aims to expose participants to different styles of teaching with the IWB and to show different online technologies and their use in the science classroom.
