Bubbl.us is constantly being upgraded by its creators. They are looking into the future and have already made many significant changes. Things to look out for in the future are:

• Selection - allows operation on multiple bubbles
• Navigation Mode - quickly move between bubbles using arrow keys
• Collapsible branches
• Reversible arrows and line captions

Due to popularity there have been some issues with the memory, causing the service to go down. This has since been fixed by upgrading the server memory which has resulted in a stable webpage and a quicker response time. Some other issues suggested by users were that you could not embed images, a lack of text formatting and the shape of the bubble could not be changed. Another challenge was that you could not save your sheets to your PC.
