eStrategy Framework - The Road to Somewhere

The seamless integration of ICT into learning, on the whole, has been spectacularly unsuccessful. While there are pockets of innovation, if we compare the ubiquitous use of ICT by children and young people outside of school, it is evident that education is out of step.

Education, it seems, has been on the road to nowhere.

The sites that have managed innovation best are those that plan for all contingencies, while maintaining a clear focus on the kind of learning outcomes that technologies make possible.

The eStrategy Framework is a self review, planning and evaluation tool that assists sites to focus their attention and resources on achieving the learning outcomes that ICT has promised.
