Workshops l Potential Presenters l At Your School l Feedback

CEGSA presenters are willing and able to come to YOUR school to run Professional Development sessions with YOUR staff using YOUR computers.

You can nominate the 'topic' and level of need. CEGSA will arrange to meet your requirements if at all possible.

Workshops are generally 2.5 hours in duration. Full day workshops are usually 5 hours.
Costs depend on
• the length of the session,
• whether it is on a school day, and
• the location of the school and the nearest available presenter.

After school workshops:

Workshops can accommodate up to 15 participants at the set rate of $250 for member schools, $350 for non-member schools in the Adelaide metropolitan area.

Schools outside this area by negotiation (see below).

School closure workshops

Our presenters are mainly teachers who will need to be released from their classrooms to present during the day.
The cost of doing a daytime workshop necessarily incurs the additional cost of a TRT, preparation time and CEGSA administration costs.

Workshops can accommodate up to 15 participants @ the set rate of $600 for member schools or $700 for non-member schools for a full day in the Adelaide metropolitan area. Half days by negotiation.

Country workshops

CEGSA strongly supports professional development in country areas and encourages country-based members to become presenters. Where possible we will recommend a local presenter. In the event that there are none available we do have some presenters who are willing to travel to present in country schools. Country workshop costs will be based on the above but will need to be quoted on a case-by-case basis to cover any necessary additional costs such as TRT, travel expenses and accommodation.
