Both Survey monkey and Zoomerang are easy to use and flexible interfaces which allow individuals, educators and companies to create online surveys. These Web 2.0 tools make it easy for all to create, export and collect required data with easy step-by-step instructions. Similarities between these products include users having the option of creating their own surveys or using the templates provided. As well as this users are able to easily and quickly manouver themsleves throughout the site with little room for error.

There are multiple layers of security on both of these sites to allow total security to make sure data remains private.

Survey Monkey is so advanced, it has the ability to create questions based on collected responses/data which make this a particularly unique and time-saving feature.



Survey Monkey offers a free limited account that only allows 10 questions per survey and can only store up to 100 responses	The 'Zoomerang Basic' version is free and allows the user to create a survey with no more than 30 questions, the number of responses which can be received is also lessened but still allowed 100 responses. You can also only view the results for a limited time (10 days). This can be downloaded for a free trial.

The “Professional” subscription ($19.95 per month) allows 1,000 responses. If you exceed that amount you’ll pay $.05 per response. With a Professional account, you may create unlimited surveys with an unlimited number of questions.	Zoomerang also offers 'Zoomerang Pro' for business and 'Zoomerang Pro' for educators with a subscriptions of $39.00 a month or $350.00 for 12 months. This version allows for unlimited number of questions per survey and an unlimited number of participants.

There is a limitation of one user per account which may be problematic for businesses who need to have multiple users working within the one account.
