ACCESSING BUBBL.US

Bubbl.us is a free Web2.0 tool and simply requires the user to complete a few details to join. If the user only wants to create a mind map online and does not wish to share with friends or colleagues they are able to do this without signing up. However if they want to send as an email or upload to web/blog page they must have an account.

To create an account all that is required is for the user to click on 'create account' located at the top right hand side. By creating an account the user will have access to all of the features of bubbl.us  You will then be prompted to fill in some details, such as username, password and email address. You are now ready to start mind mapping.

SECURITY:

Users are responsible for their username and password and can edit these at any time. Whilst they have a sharing application on this site users are able to set the level of access to their sheets.

·      No access – users are not able to access these sheets.

·        Read only – able to view sheet but not make any modifications.

·         Full edit – allows users to make changes and rename sheets.

Check out this video - Techbites has created this tutorial explaining what bubbl.us is, the anatomy and layout of the bubbl.us webpage. Also some step by step slides to help you create a mind map.
